This is the third consecutive year that the agency has picked up the top award and Exclusive Algarve Villas will now be put forward in the World’s Best category to be announced later this year.
The European Residential Property Awards competition was organised in association with Bloomberg television and the 2010 edition had a record number of entries from 39 countries in Europe and Africa.
