TICKETS FOR the forthcoming show in Faro by world famous Spanish flamenco dancer, Joaquín Cortes, were sold out in just two-and-a-half hours last weekend.
A long queue had formed when the ticket office at Fórum Algarve shopping centre opened on Saturday and, a little over a couple of hours later, fans had snapped up all the tickets. Meanwhile, at the box office of Faro’s Municipal Theatre, where the performance is due to be staged on March 30, all 50 tickets available there were sold in just 10 minutes.
The venue holds 794 people and around 700 tickets for the show were released for sale to the general public. The remaining seats are being allocated by sponsors of the event, which is being organised by the Algarve Tourism Board.
