Three streets in Lisbon cordoned off as authorities work to dismantle scaffolding dislodged by high winds

Today’s storms and high winds have put a number of streets in Lisbon in danger, due to a scaffolding coming lose and threatening to collapse. Authorities are working on dismantling the structure in Rua das Flores this afternoon.
