Three people were injured this morning (August 4) in a head-on crash on the Arade Bridge linking Portimão and Lagoa.
The Resident witnessed the scene at around 9.15am and saw extensive damage to the front of both vehicles.
Traffic was restricted, causing major jams as police investigated.
CDOS Faro confirmed the accident happened at around 8am and the victims – sustaining minor injuries – were taken to Portimão Hospital.
