Around 76% of companies in Portugal are planning to hire in 2016, a work market study by Korn Ferry and Hay Group has shown. “Production, sales, and engineering” are the main departments where companies seek to increase staff. Salaries will also be rising an average of 1.3%, the study added, a slight drop compared to 2015 (1.5%).
