Three chefs, six dishes

Three chefs will be showing off their culinary expertise during a food and wine pairing dinner at Restaurante Morgadinho, within the Suites Alba Resort & Spa in Carvoeiro on Friday, June 14, at 8pm.

Six dishes will be prepared by chefs Louis Anjos, Nuno Diniz and Yannick Genard, who will be placing focus on the fresh fish and seafood available off the Algarve coast, including sardines, clams, prawns and oysters. A meat dish of black pork will also be served.

Accompanying wines will be from Quinta do Gradil.

Price per person is €42.5 plus €15 for the wines.
