Think tank unveils strategy to attract “double the number of foreign students” to Portugal

An education think-tank led by the former rector of the University of the Algarve João Guerreiro has unveiled a new strategy to take Portugal’s higher education system to the next level.
Integral in the plan is the creation of courses in English.
Presenting the group’s recommendations on Tuesday, Guerreiro stressed measures could “double the number of students that study in Portugal over the next six years”.
