An electric copper cable was stripped from the structure of the ‘new’ Arade Bridge near Portimão by metal thieves.
Police and EN125 road and bridge maintenance staff discovered that several metres of cable from a lightning rod next to the second pillar on the Faro side of the bridge had been taken.
