A 19-year-old girl who used a thermal insulated bag to steal mobile phones from shopping centres was caught red-handed by police at Forúm Algarve. A spokesman explained how the specially-designed bags rendered security tags useless – but in this case, guards were on their toes and called in police who also discovered the girl in possession of a phone stolen days before from Ria Shopping in Olhão.
