Then and Now

The very first compilation album released as part of the Now franchise in December 1983, has been re-issued to the joy of fans of music from the 1980s.

The Now album was considered by record executives to be a risky venture as compilation albums were seen as rather cheap and nasty at the time, however, 26 years later it looks like it wasn’t such a bad idea after all.

The album is a true reflection of the early eighties music scene and includes classics such as Heaven 17’s Temptation and The Cure’s Lovecats.
