A theatre variety show and dinner is being performed by the Silver Mask Theatre Group on January 23 at the Recanto dos Mouros Restaurant in Silves.
The production, directed by Jackie O’Grady and starting at 7pm, will present a stimulating, yet charming, series of sketches and short plays.
“They will be literally fired at the audience in a staccato volley of emotionally charged bullets,” said Jackie. “Cleverly the tension is relieved by closing each performance with a hilariously funny observation on human nature. The rapid fire scene changes literally take seconds and yet the cast are able to re-present themselves in different costumes to play wildly varying characters with reassuring style and confidence.”
A three course traditional Portuguese dinner including wine and coffee will be served. The evening costs €22 per person.
