Members of the Aperitivo Performance Group will be meeting again after the summer break to begin rehearsals for their Christmas show, Bah Humbug! which is to be presented in mid December.
Bah Humbug! has been written by Jane Page and is based on the iconic Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, but while many of the characters will be recognisable, the events may turn out to be unexpected in this new show by the multilingual group.
Auditions for Bah Humbug! will be taking place on September 6 at the Museu do Trajo in São Brás de Alportel from 7pm and anyone interested in taking part in the production, on or back stage, is invited to attend.
The group are looking for many different helpers including actors, singers, designers, publicity help, stage managers and prop makers.
