The HIT British Channel 4 television series, Selling Houses Abroad, is back for a second series, as publicised in the December 1 edition of The Resident.
The response from the article was great, but Channel 4 are still looking for more difficult to sell properties or nightmare property issues.
Property expert Andrew Winter will be in Portugal to help vendors confront issues that are preventing their property from selling and giving advice on how to overcome them.
Selling Houses Abroad are looking for property sellers and their estate agents to take part in three, feature length special programmes.
Properties must have been on the market for at least six months and the owners must be prepared to spend at least 1.5 per cent of the value of their property on a makeover aimed at achieving a sale. Their estate agents would then work with Andrew on getting an offer quickly, for the best price possible.
