ALGARVACATION, A fully licensed real estate company, specialising in the sale of luxury villas and other high quality properties, is due to open its second office in Porches on June 25.
With around 10 years experience in real estate, Jeroen Kramer and his partner Martina Schweers are now opening a brand new office for their company.
“We focus on selling luxury pool villas throughout the Algarve, with a main area of work between Portimão and Albufeira, especially the greater region of Carvoeiro, one of the most atmospheric coastal villages in the Algarve,” said Jeroen.
The aim of AlgarVacation is to provide clients with an informal atmosphere and personal one to one service.
“Martina and I both love what we do, we enjoy speaking to new clients and helping them to make informed decisions when choosing a home in the Algarve,” said Jeroen.
AlgarVacation also provides a service of searching for specific properties to meet client’s requirements.
“If we have not got a specific property on our books, we will do our utmost to find what our clients want, which takes as little as two or three days,” said Jeroen.
The new AlgarVacation office will be open Monday to Friday between 10am and 1pm and from 2.30pm until 5pm. The office will also be open on Saturdays by appointment only.
