This claims that you’ll lose 10 pounds and 10 years in just six weeks! Well, I suppose it’s possible but, in my case, improbable. Joanna Hall is the diet and fitness expert, who has encouraged thousands of people to take the 10,000 steps-a-day pedometer challenge.
