Two brothers, Stephen and Bloom, have been con artists since they were children, swindling millionaires with complex scenarios of intrigue and lust. Stephen is the mastermind, for who the intricacy of the story used in the con is as important as the positive outcome of the swindle. They travel the world and never enlist the same people twice in their cons, except for their consistent sidekick, the mysterious Bang Bang. Bloom wants to quit the business but Stephen talks him into one last con – to mark the beautiful heiress, Penelope. Trouble is ahead as Bloom falls for Penelope and their arch enemy Diamond Dog wants to seek revenge on the brothers.
