I don’t keep up to date with these video games that young people play but I have to say that I was horrified to hear from my grandson that there are games available where players just shoot people for the fun of it.
He told me he has a game where he can “go into a school and kill all the teachers and everyone else”. This is appalling. Has no-one drawn any analogies to these games and the horrors committed almost on a daily basis by Islamic State?
These ‘young Jihadists’ presumably all grew up delighting in these terrible video games. Is there no movement to have games like these banned? Please let me know, as I would like to join it.
