Teachers schedule national strike for November 5

November already has pharmacists, doctors and nurses declaring strike action: now it has teachers too. Friday November 5 is the date set – and the reason is resounding veto of the State Budget proposed for 2022. Says teachers union Fenprof, it “is completely bereft of measures that seek to give an answer to (long-standing) problems and others that affect the conditions of organisation and function of schools”….
