Butcher Keith Dale has brought his 40 years of experience in the industry to Tavira with the new Carnedale butcher’s shop.
Having previously worked for Dewhurst in the 1970s as a shop manager and then running his own shops in Berkshire and Hertfordshire, Keith has now opened a shop in the Algarve. “I have lived in Tavira for the past six years and have now finally found a shop to open,” he told the Algarve Resident.
“We will be stocking over 20 different British cheeses and will be making around 10 different types of sausages as well as a full range of British cuts of meat.”
The shop will officially open today (Friday) with special offers on a number of products and cheese tasting until 5pm.
The shop is located under the arches next to Cara’s on Avenida Dr Mateus Teixeira de Azevedo and is open Monday to Friday from 8am until 3.30pm and on Saturdays from 8am until 2pm.
