The Parish of Tavira has announced it will be resuming Sunday masses in English, starting April 3 at the Church of Santiago at 10am.
The parish says this is a better way to welcome non-Portuguese-speaking members of the community after having suspended these religious services due to the pandemic.
“All are invited to participate in what is the most important weekly moment in the life of Christians, in which the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is remembered,” the parish adds.
