ON SATURDAY, October 8, join the Tavira Fundraisers at the Old Market in front of the park and bandstand alongside the River Gilão, for their autumn bazaar, from 10am to 4pm.
The money raised will go to the abandoned and neglected dogs and cats homed at the Canil de São Francisco in Loulé, and will be used to purchase animal food and pay veterinary costs. Your support is highly valued and forms an important contribution towards the comfort and welfare of these sadly neglected animals. There will be stalls selling knitwear, jewellery, arts and crafts, porcelain, bric-a-brac, books, greeting cards and international products. Tavira Fundraisers will be happy to receive nearly new clothes or unwanted items that you would like to donate.
