Tavira’s riverside Black Anchor Irish pub will be holding a fundraising afternoon in aid of families in need on Tuesday, August 18 at 2pm.
Tavira 2nd Chance, under the umbrella organisation Associação Guarda Chuva, is staging an afternoon of music, singing and general bonhomie with a variety of stalls selling new and used clothing, books, videos, CDs and much more.
Tea and homemade cakes will be available as Elsa Thomsen and friends serenade the public with songs and music.
Free admission. Donations of small items for sale can be left anytime at the Black Anchor whilst those with larger items should contact Cath Cox on 964 879 951.
