Tasting colour’ event in Vilamoura

A dinner event combining food and colour is taking place on Thursday, February 28 at Restaurant UNIKO in Vilamoura from 7pm.

Organised by image style and colour coaching consultancy Be You based in Loulé, the programme for the evening will feature colour concepts illustrated by music and a five course menu prepared by Chef Jonny Pratt. The menu includes blue cheesecake with violet grape jelly and violet potato puree, roast tomato and pink peppercorn soup, braised black pig cheeks with saffron risotto, blackberry and grey meringue ‘suspiro’, and more. Price per person is €35.
