I write regarding the frustration of what must be many thousands of your readers and the saga of cancelled flights by TAP Portugal.
Mine happened to be in October 2020 and I requested a refund on to my card when the inevitable happened and my flight to the US was cancelled.
After continual phone calls every 2-3 weeks since then, I find myself getting more and more frustrated.
Having read your many online column inches, just now I decided to email you directly. This whole situation is totally unacceptable to everyone and, in a “modern” society, should not be allowed to continue. I found myself in a similar situation with easyJet and BA and within a few weeks received my refund.
So why do TAP think they are different?
