Brazilian justice has determined that a TAP plane be seized as payment guarantee for a debt of late benefits and adjustments, on a judicial process taken against the Portuguese state by an employee of the Portuguese embassy in Brasília. This has taken place after a week of airline-related news, with the ANA privatisation and the failed TAP sale (seelast week’s edition). Meanwhile, it has been reported that the TAP privatisation process has cost the airline €3 million in lawyer and consulting fees.
