SIC television news today suggests TAP CEO Christine Ourmières-Widener could be leaving the top job any day now. Yesterday saw her back in talks with the new infrastructures minister João Galamba (she has already been at the ministry twice in the last two weeks). SIC says it knows that she will lose her job if the IGAF report concludes there was a serious error in the decision to award a €500,000 compensation payment to outgoing director Alexandra Reis (and everything points to the report likely to conclude just that). Tomorrow should see Ms Ourmières-Widener facing a parliamentary commission on this subject. Today, TAP top brass a meeting to discuss the way ahead.
