THIS MONTH’S TGIF (Thank Goodness It’s Friday) lunch will be one not to miss as two members of The Resident team will be revealing the tricks of the trade on everyone’s favourite topic – sales.

Derek Douglas and Tom Henshaw have dozens of years’ selling experience and have played a major part in the success of The Resident’s advertising sales growth. They will offer an insight (in some cases a reminder) on sales technique and how to handle enquiries effectively, thus ensuring that you get your share of the available market.
Their presentation, which promises to be a fact-filled yet humourous affair, will begin at 11.30am. There will be a break for lunch at 1pm before a review and question and answer session at 2pm.
