Physical exercise is being promoted in Lagos this Sunday with an open day at the municipal pool.
The initiative by sports association Lagos-Em-Forma (Feeling Fit in Lagos) hopes to see people of all ages taking part in sporting activities at the municipal pool from 9.30am to 6pm.
Children under the age of 12 have to be accompanied by an adult and it is mandatory to use appropriate equipment for swimming, such as swimming trunks for men, swimming suit for women and swimming cap and flip-flops for all.
