Paula and Seamus Montgomery, the Algarve residents arrested on suspicion of fraud in relation to an alleged scam involving MOT certificates, have once again been rebailed by British police.
A spokesman from Essex police told the Algarve Resident that both the suspects have been rebailed until July 7.
Seamus and Paula Montgomery were arrested by police in the UK on November 3, 2010 after their alleged involvement in a million pound scam regarding the issuing of British MOT certificates.
