Dear Editor,
Following recent letters to the Algarve Resident in support of Kate and Gerry McCann, may I add, if they were guilty of any involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance, as implied by a previous writer, would they have returned to the Algarve on so many occasions?
Surely, once having left the country, they would have wanted to stay as far away a possible.
Until, and unless, there is absolute proof of any crime by them, should we not have complete compassion and support for them, and all families whose children have been taken?
Madeleine is still missing. Should that not be our only concern?
