The 42nd anniversary of Portugal’s Carnation Revolution will be celebrated on Monday with mostly warm and sunny weather, according to forecasts.
Though the long weekend will start off a tad gloomy, with rain still expected today and tomorrow, the sun will return in all its glory on Sunday and stick around until at least Tuesday.
Maximum temperatures will range from 20ºC to 25ºC starting Sunday, while minimums shouldn’t drop to lower than 9ºC, meteorologist Maria João Frada told Lusa news agency.
There is a chance, however, that the grey weather will be again on Wednesday.
