Members and friends of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs met for their summer party on Galé beach at the two Michelin starred Vila Joya on July 11.
Guests were greeted with a glass of chilled Espumante Quinta do Cabriz, followed by a collection of morsels.
As the sun set, a range of cold Tapas was served, accompanied by Contraste 2008, a white wine from the Douro. The warm courses included braised cheek of black pork with chorizo and a pearl barley risotto, accompanied by Quinta de Saes, a red wine from the Dão.
The next Chaîne des Rôtisseurs event will be a dinner at L’Ocean restaurant at Vila Vita on September 11.
