With the holiday season almost upon us the Portimão area is offering a wealth of sporting entertainment this month.
In Praia da Rocha the general public is invited to participate in beach football, basket and volley ball as well as a number of more exotic activities such as Yoga, Hydrogymnastics, scubadiving, canoing, sailing and surfing at either no cost or very reasonable cost until September.
The same stretch of sand also hosts the by now traditional beach football ‘Mundialito’ mini World Championship featuring some of the sport’s top teams from July 20-22.
