Orquestra do Algarve will be performing a summer concert at Quarteira’s seafront area on August 24 at 10pm.
According to Loulé Câmara, the concert will be an opportunity for tourists to delight in the sounds of the Algarve’s very own classical music orchestra.
Under the musical direction of Portuguese conductor Pedro Neves, Orquestra do Algarve will play works by Gioacchino Rossini (1792-1868), Manuel de Falla (1876-1946), Piotr Ilyitch Tchaikovsky (1840-1893) and Félix Mendelsshon (1809-1847), having as backdrop the sea.
The open air concert will be free to attend.
