PJ police are investigating the reason an unaccompanied suitcase concealing 200 grams of heroin travelled to Faro from India, via various airports, before being picked up by a young Indian on Sunday. The 20-year-old is understood to live in Portimão and have a residency visa. The suitcase “raised suspicions” when it arrived in the Algarve and thus police were watching to see who would pick it up.
