JUST THREE months after opening its first regional branch in the Algarve, Abacus Savills is already preparing an expansion plan that includes a new office in the Lagos area during the first quarter of 2008.
Abacus Savills is a three-year old partnership between a Portuguese property company and the well-known international real estate consultancy.
The partnership aims to combine the international experience and contacts of Savills with the local knowledge of the Portuguese market of Abacus.
Both companies are committed to seeing this partnership grow and become a reference in the real estate sector in Portugal and in other Portuguese speaking countries.
The Abacus Savills team in the Algarve consists of consultants Mike Henchy and Teresa Rodrigues and their assistant Carla Cerejeiro. They currently operate out of the recently opened Albufeira branch near the roundabout of the Corcovado development.
Teresa told The Resident that the team is very experienced and well prepared to offer a range of properties of all types and prices across the entire region.
This range encompasses prestigious resorts like the Cascade or the Marina Village in Lagos, which includes the provision of services and properties, to the single apartment, villa or even plots of land. Abacus Savills has a chartered surveyor service and is prepared to assist all types of clients.
