Following on from yesterday’s paint dousing of EDP’s Lisbon headquarters, students in Lisbon have been ‘marching for the climate’ today; threatening new ‘school/ university occupations’ in April. Bearing in mind education has been hit by strikes since December, the news promises a further frustration to routines already long since dented. The plan is to ‘take over’ school and faculty buildings to demand an end to the use of fossil fuels in order to ‘stop global warming’ and save humanity.
