Student raped near Marquês de Pombal

A 19-year-old student was raped in the early hours of Sunday morning as she walked alone near Marquês de Pombal square in Lisbon, near the entrance to the capital’s underground railway. In a state of shock, the girl was unable to give police a detailed description of her attacker, but remembered that he had spoken English fluently.
