Employees of fuel companies including Galp Energia, Perogal, Lisboagás and Gas de Portugal have stated that they will be carrying out a three-day strike between September 17 and 19.
The strike is expected to affect supplies available at fuel stations across the country, and some may run out of fuel.
Workers will be striking against various measures implemented by the updated Labour Code, including increased working hours and lowered salary packages.
