Street cleanup

A street in Olhão that had become a public health hazard was cleaned up by a council team recently. Complaints from residents of R. Dra Paula Nogueira that a drug user living in an abandoned house was littering the area with waste, were finally heard by câmara officials. The street was cleaned and disinfected and re-homing and drug rehabilitation programmes for the individual are in place.
