A BMW stolen during a burglary in the Moura Praia condominium in Vilamoura in the early hours of January 23 has been recovered.
The car was found by local residents, parked in an alleyway parallel to Avenida de Ceuta in Quarteira, who called the GNR.
Vehicle owner and British resident, Michael Coughlan, 54, had the car, worth an estimated 75,000 euros, stolen while he slept.
At the time the Algarve Resident went to press, no one from the GNR was available to comment on whether any arrests had been made in connection with this case.
