Members of the @tlantic Golf Society took part in a society tournament at Pestana Vila Sol on June 15, with premiership football manager Steve Bruce taking home the trophy.
Despite the heat, 20 members of the society played the course, with Steve Bruce finishing with 37 points followed by Seamus Fox in second place with 35 points and Mike Stone in third place with 34 points.
The society, which was set up last year by Seamus Fox, Russell Wane and Andy Willimott and is based at the
@tlantic Piano Bar in Vilamoura, plays regular tournaments at courses across the Algarve and is open to members and non-members.
The next society day will take place on July 20 at Pestana Vale da Pinta in Carvoeiro.
