State ordered to pay compensation over ‘another abuse’ by SEF at Lisbon airport

Another situation of abuse by SEF inspectors has found in favour of the victim. This time it was a security guard with Prossegur ‘detained abusively’ for four hours at Lisbon airport. The facts go back to 2018, but only this week appeal court judges ruled the State should indemnify the guard with €5,000.
