IN A SPECTACULAR show, the Stars Dance School of Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis celebrated their 10th anniversary.
With more than 100 students, the audience were dazzled with song and dance from the musicals Cats, Annie and Lion King to mention a few. Ilze van Zanten made sure that everybody would hit the right note and her solo performance was certainly one of the highlights of the evening. But the real stars were the youngest dancers, who danced and sung away as if they were born on Broadway.
For dance teachers, Karina Vieira and Sharon Goulding, it was an extra special evening as the studio will celebrate their 10th anniversary this year.
The students have been practising since September and their hard work and dedication were rewarded by a standing ovation by the audience at the end of the spectacular show. Special thanks go to Portimão Câmara for the use of the Municipal Auditorium.
