A SECURITY guard, 35, was stabbed to death in the Colombo Shopping Centre in Lisbon on Tuesday, presumably around lunchtime.

The body of the man, who worked for the private security company Charon, was found by a colleague lying in a service corridor on the second floor of tower number two.

A spokesman for the Policía Judiciária, who are investigating the case, told national daily newspaper Correio da Manhã that “the victim had a flip knife near his right hand and three stomach wounds”.

The body was taken to the legal medical institute for an autopsy.
