The Saint Andrews Society of the Algarve recently held a wine tasting and buffet supper held at the home of Vice Chieftain Rod Frew and his wife Sue.
Around 40 members and guests of the society took part in the evening with Rod Frew introducing a number of verde and rosé wines.
Food for the event was provided by members of the society, however, the organisers would like to thank Sue Frew and committee member Allison Hohnbaum for producing the main dishes and also for coordinating the buffet.
The society’s main event of the year will be the Saint Andrew’s Ball to be held on November 26 at the Le Meridien Penina Hotel near Portimão.
