David Wilkie (standing), newly appointed Chieftain of the St. Andrew’s Society of Lisbon, got the Annual General Meeting underway. It was a short meeting held recently, where new officers and committee members were elected. The new committee discussed various matters, including confirming details about a golf tournament between Scotland and The Rest of the World, and a Midsummer Masked Ball, both to be held on Friday, June 24.
