Almancil International Rotary Club (AIRC) will be holding a Sports Fair at the Conrad Hotel in Quinta do Lago on Sunday, September 22, with proceeds from the event going to UNIR, the association which assists those with mental illness and mental disability.
The Sports Fair will offer attendees the opportunity to learn about many sporting and fitness activities on offer in the Algarve.There will be chances to take part in various classes, to talk to a personal trainer to plan your own fitness campaign, and to find out more about taking part in regular sporting activities.
At the same time, various entities will be present to show some of the products and services in the sports and fitness industry available in Portugal, whilst AIRC has also invited top name sports personalities to take part in the fun.
Additionally, you will have the chance to enjoy the Conrad Hotel and its surroundings, with a buffet dinner being served at the poolside as part of the event.
The event starts at 4pm. Entrance tickets, which include admission to the event and the poolside buffet dinner, cost €50 for adults and €30 for those under 18. Children seven and under will be admitted free of charge. More information will appear in the local press over the coming weeks.
