Sport relief

Members of the British Embassy in Lisbon will be joined by family and friends tomorrow (Saturday) to take part in the Sport Relief Mile running along the Passeio Marítimo de Oeiras in Lisbon.

For the first time, members of the Foreign and Commonwealth office are involved in the charity and embassies from across the world will all take part in the Sport Relief Mile, a British initiative which raises money for vulnerable people in the UK and abroad.

Runners in Lisbon will be raising money for the Madeira based charity Centro Porta Amiga do Funchal, to help raise funds for victims of the flooding.
