THE UK’s well-known biennial charity fundraising event, Sport Relief, is being supported in the Algarve by PGA instructor Tony Bennett, who plans to offer free golf lessons on March 16.
After the lesson, participants can make a donation of their choice and all proceeds will go to Sport Relief, which was developed by Comic Relief. It aims to harness the power and passion of sport to change peoples’ lives by distributing funds raised to many UK charities and foundations, which operate in many of the world’s poorest countries.
